I've been married for 3 years, I've always wanted sex. Now it's different - we make love 4 or 5 times a month! I have heard that this can be the case after having a baby, but it's been over 2 years now and nothing has changed, quite the opposite. I do not feel the need for intercourse, maybe it will happen 2 days a month when I feel like it. My husband tries very hard, I'm stupid that he doesn't feel anything, that's why sometimes I just sacrifice myself. I am not depressed or have low self-esteem. I love my husband very much, but I don't know how long he can endure, he is a guy and he also has his needs. What should I do to make it look like it used to be?

In fact, it happens that a woman loses interest in sex after having a baby. There can be many reasons - hormonal disorders, focus on caring for the baby, fatigue, misunderstandings and quarrels with her husband. Sometimes it also happens that a woman sought intercourse before having a baby because her main goal was to have children. After the baby came, sex was meaningless. It would be worth going to a sexologist for an appointment in order to find out the cause of your problem and possibly propose appropriate treatment.
