Karolina, first of all, you should know that those pretty "karolyferki" you dream about, that is, the straight and oblique abdominal muscles visible from under the skin and beautifully outlined, are not only the result of exercises for these muscles. Very often, such an effect is also achieved through very systematic and long-lasting aerobic training and dietary rigor, which allows you to get rid of fat tissue and sometimes even dehydrate the body, thanks to which the muscles you are talking about enhance. I think that in your case there is no need to use such strict measures and in order to scratch the abdominal muscles, aerobic training 2-3 times a week for approx. 40-50 minutes and approx. 20-30 minutes of sit-ups, done in series of 20, should suffice. 30 repetitions.
