I am slim overall, I have only one problem: I have a fold of fat above my buttocks, below the waist. I exercise every day, but there is no slightest change. I don't think "crunches" will help here. I will add that this fold is a pregnancy residue. What kind of exercises should I do to get rid of this?
The only way to get rid of any folds in which fat accumulates is, unfortunately, only to increase physical activity through movement. Unfortunately, you do not write since when you have been exercising and what exercises you have been using. The best way to burn fat is through aerobic training. This can be brisk walking in the field (for example, Nordic walking), aerobics, playing badminton, dancing, swimming, or any other type of physical activity involving the whole body. Unfortunately, fat burning does not take place selectively and it cannot be targeted at the parts of the body we choose. You have to be patient and train regularly, sometimes even for quite a long period of time, to see the results.
