Hello! I am 15 years old and I weigh 69 kg with my height of 161 cm. I would love to lose weight, but I don't know what exercises will help me with that. Can I ask for some instructions?

Gaining weight is quite easy, losing weight is a much more complex process than we think. To lose weight successfully, you need to be prepared to change your habits and make a lot of effort. Half of the success is to increase our physical activity, and the other half - rational, wise eating. It's good to be aware of how much time we spend, for example, sitting in front of the computer, doing homework and watching TV, and how much time moving. If you spend more time doing some sports, cycling or rollerblading, walking, dancing or swimming, you will see your body begin to change. In addition to exercise, you also need to pay attention to proper nutrition. We often do not realize how much calories we provide by eating pizza, junk food, sweet rolls, cookies, sweets, and drinking Coca-Cola. Instead, try to eat foods that are high in dietary fiber, such as coarse-grain bread, groats, dark pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, and lots of vegetables and fruit. The source of protein should be mostly cooked or grilled lean meat or fish. Also, remember to eat little, but 4-5 times a day.
