You can lie down on the training mat and exercise at home. In summer, when you spend a lot of time on the terrace or in the garden, use a sun lounger to exercise. All you have to do is unfold it to the maximum and lie flat. You can start!

Note: it is safe to lie on your back until about the 6th month of pregnancy. Give up these exercises if you do not feel comfortable in this position, you have spots in front of your eyes and dizziness.
