In order to have a beautiful, slim, slightly muscular, fit body, you do not need to spend several hours a day in the gym. If you are not a fan of indoor exercise and want to be fit, I have great news for you.

There are a number of exercises and workouts you can do outdoors. You won't need any additional equipment, specialized clothes or an infinite amount of time for this.

Try exercises on the bench

In the presented training, you play the main role, and in gaining muscle and burning fat you will be helped by an ordinary bench, which you will find in every park, on a housing estate or in front of a shop.

In this last place, training may turn out to be the most effective, especially if you involve shopping nets or water packets. Remember to distribute the weight in both hands parallel. Find a bench in the most convenient place for you and go to exercise!
