Dr Cohen's Parisian diet - a recipe for asparagus tart

  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 60 ml skim milk
  • ok. 10 medium sized asparagus
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 white onions
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • s alt and pepper

Soak the bread in a little milk. Steam the asparagus until soft (approx. 10 minutes) and drain. Set aside 5 stems. Finely chop the rest and mix with the bread, egg and the rest of the milk. Add s alt and pepper to taste as well as a pinch of nutmeg. Put in an ovenproof dish with a non-stick coating and garnish with the rest of the asparagus.

Dr Cohen's Parisian diet - recipe for orechiette macron in vegetarian

  • 60 g dry orechiette pasta
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small leek
  • small yellow pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • s alt and pepper to taste

Peel the zucchini and cut into long, thin slices. Do the same with carrots and leek. Dice the peppers. Then blanch all the vegetables, i.e. put them in s alted, boiling water for about 2 minutes, and then immerse them in ice water. Put the pasta in boiling s alted water and cook for about 7 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped parsley and temperedvegetables. Drain the pasta and mix it with the vegetables. Alternatively, season with s alt and pepper to taste.

Dr Cohen's Parisian Diet - Orange Pepper Gazpacho Recipe

  • 175 g tomatoes
  • 55 g of ripe yellow pepper
  • 55 g oranges
  • 55 g onion
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1/2 proteins
  • s alt and pepper to taste

Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin, cut into 2 parts and take out the seeds. Then dice them. Then, chop the pepper, orange and onion into small pieces. Mix everything thoroughly. Add vinegar, egg white, s alt and pepper to the resulting smooth mass. Mix thoroughly again. Gazpacho can be served with basil leaves.

Dr Cohen's Parisian Diet - a recipe for a drinking pizza

  • 1 small wholemeal pita (approx. 55 g)
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1 little green pepper
  • 1 little red pepper
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients for tomato sauce:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • s alt and pepper

Fry the finely chopped onion and pressed garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, s alt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, and after it has cooled down, blend with a blender.

Brush pita with tomato sauce. Put on sliced ​​tomatoes, zucchini and onions, as well as diced peppers. Sprinkle everything with cheese. Put the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C. Bake for 15 minutes.
