Recipe for dinner in the 3D chili diet 1:
Slimming treatment with turkey
Ingredients:
- 1 small zucchini,
- turkey breast fillet (approx. 200 g),
- tomato - 1 piece,
- red, yellow and green peppers (100 g each)
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon olive oil,
- spices: half a teaspoon of chilli, black pepper (one teaspoon),
- a pinch of s alt.
All vegetables should be washed and diced. Chop the onion into cubes and put it in a hot frying pan. Add the diced meat, pepper, courgette and tomato. Season everything and stew it covered for about 30 minutes.

Curry rice mixed with peppers, chicken breast
Ingredients:
- chicken and vegetable broth,
- 100 g of rice,
- 2 teaspoons curry,
- one red, one yellow and one green pepper,
- 100 g chicken breast.
Add curry and rice to the ready-made broth (prepared on the basis of soup vegetables and chicken breast). Cook everything for about 20 minutes. Add diced peppers to the drained rice. Place the prepared rice on the plate next to the cooked chicken breast.

Pumpkin cream soup with ginger and cardamom
Ingredients:
- a quarter of a kilo of pumpkin,
- 1 small carrot,
- 500 ml vegetable stock,
- 400 ml coconut milk,
- 100 ml of orange juice,
- 100 ml dry white wine,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon of ginger and cardamom,
- pinch of curry,
- pinch of s alt and pepper to taste,
- a few coriander leaves,
- olive oil a spoon of butter (for frying).
Dice the pumpkin and carrots andfry in a pan. Pour it all over with vegetable stock, coconut milk, orange juice and wine. We add chopped garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Season the soup with ginger, cardamom, curry powder, s alt and pepper. Then mix thoroughly with a blender. Sprinkle the ready soup with coriander leaves.
