Potato diet: recipe for salmon and potato skewers
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2-3 potatoes
- 250 g salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1.5 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
- peel grated from half a lemon
- 1 little green zucchini
- 1 little yellow pepper
- olive oil
- 2 wooden skewers for skewers
1. Peel the potatoes, rinse and put in the pot. Then pour cold water, s alt and cook for about 20 minutes.
2. Remove the skin and bones from the rinsed and dried salmon fillets and dice them. Then rub each piece of fish with a mixture of cumin, coriander and lemon zest.
3. Peel the zucchini with a vegetable peeler. Then, cut it lengthwise into 2 parts, take out the seed nests and dice it. Do the same with the peppers.

Potato diet: recipe for frittata with potatoes, ham and peppers
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2-3 slices of Parma ham
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 eggs
- sea s alt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Do not peel the potatoes, scrub them with a brush and cut them into slices. Washed paprikaclean from seed nests and also cut into strips. Dice the onion.
2. In the oil heated in the pan, fry the potato slices for about 10 minutes, shaking the pan from time to time. Then add paprika and onion to them and fry until the potatoes are soft and the onion is golden. Finally, add the sliced ham and toss in.
3. Break the eggs on the plate. Add s alt and pepper to them, then whisk with a whisk or fork. Pour them over the vegetables and ham on the pan and fry over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the eggs start to curd.
4. Set the pan off the heat and put it in the preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius. The frittata should bake for 12 minutes.
Potato diet: recipe for dietetic sweet potato, beetroot and zucchini chips
Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato (sweet potato)
- 1 beetroot
- 1 zucchini
- sea s alt (1/2 teaspoon), black pepper (pinch)
- 1 tablespoon dried spices: basil, oregano, marjoram and sweet pepper
Vegetables, rinse and dry, then cut into thin slices and put into a bowl. Sprinkle sea s alt, pepper and dried herbs over it and mix thoroughly so that the spices are completely covered with the vegetable slices. Then put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the slices of vegetables for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C. After turning the oven off, wait a moment for the chips to cool down and become crispy.
