Please help! I need to lose about 20 kg. I am currently undergoing lumbar spine surgery, I had a prolapsed disc that was interrupting my spinal cord and needed immediate surgery. The neurosurgeon looking after me is telling me to lose weight, but I really can't handle it on my own. I need to clean myself up, especially my belly, buttocks and legs. Before getting pregnant, I weighed 54 kg. When I gave birth, the weight was terrible, as much as 80 kg, and now I weigh 83 kg. I only lost 2 kg. But it's only because I was in the hospital and I already gained 0.5 kg. It's been the 4th week since the surgery, I eat less, but unfortunately I have to lie down and get up for 2 more weeks only when needed. And that's why I am begging you for help, because when I get back on my feet, I want to take care of myself. I've been pregnant for 14 years and I haven't done anything about it, but if I don't lose weight, I'll end up on the operating table again, and I really want to avoid it. What should I do? I can't exercise yet, because I still have to lie down.

The situation looks like this. Put everything on one card. Zero discounted fare. Ask your doctor if you can exercise at least with your hands and do it every day. Enter 5 very small meals. Those that will fit on dessert plates. Exclude from the menu: sweets, sweet drinks, everything from wheat, fatty meat. Eat lots of vegetables. Read as much as you can about he althy eating. Your return to pre-pregnancy weight is 100% possible !!!
